Code Pages
A code page gives one code a name, a boundary, and a stop day.
The page carries the code’s name, a short statement of what the code covers, a short statement of what it leaves out, and the calendar day the page stops. After that day the code is not offered as current. The page is a written entry. It is not a programming library, not an ICD billing assignment, and not a section of a statute. We do not put a price on the code.
