Entry Books
An entry book lists which code pages are inside it and which are outside it.
Inside and outside appear on the same page. A code page that sits outside the book is named, so a reader does not treat silence as inclusion. The book has its own stop day. It does not borrow the stop day of a code page inside it. The book is not a product catalog and it does not list prices.
